Training is structured to emphasize efficiency, precision, and practical application. Classes are intentionally small to ensure personal attention and technical development.

10:00 AM – 11:30 AM

All levels are welcome.

Membership

$150 per month

Monthly membership includes access to all scheduled group classes.
